Return and Refund Policy


There are NO returns or exchanges for any of our products or services except in certain instances. Only in the following instances will we allow for a return or issue a refund:
  • An incorrect item was shipped.
  • Products are flawed.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased. For any claims we must be notified within 5 business days of you receiving the item. If 5 days have passed then your request will not be processed. Please email us at howtokicks@hotmail.com immediately if you were sent the wrong item or a damaged item.
